Eagle Equipment warrants to the original retail purchaser of an Eagle Automotive Lift that, under normal use and service within the United States and Canada, it will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Coverage

• Structure: Five (5) years from the date of purchase
• Hydraulic Components: Two (2) years from the date of purchase
• Electric/Hydraulic Power Unit: One (1) year from the date of purchase

This warranty covers replacement parts only. The purchaser is responsible for all labor, travel, shipping, installation, and other related costs.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to any lift that:

1. Has not been operated or maintained in accordance with Eagle Equipment's instructions and specifications.
2. Has been abused, misused, neglected, modified, altered, or improperly maintained.
3. Has been improperly installed, assembled, or repaired.

Additional Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser.

The determination of whether a component is defective and the appropriate remedy shall be made by Eagle Equipment in its sole discretion. Eagle Equipment may elect to repair or replace the defective component or provide replacement parts as it deems appropriate.

Warranty coverage is limited to the specific defective part or component and does not extend the original warranty period of the replacement part.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Routine maintenance items.
2. Normal wear items, including but not limited to cables, slider blocks, chains, rubber pads, filters, hydraulic fluids, and lubricants.
3. On-site service, labor, travel expenses, freight charges, or related service costs.

General Provisions

Eagle Equipment reserves the right to make improvements or design changes to its products at any time without incurring any obligation to modify, update, or retrofit previously manufactured or sold equipment.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for Eagle Automotive Lift equipment and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Equipment shall not be liable for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, or any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use the equipment.

Freight/Shipping

Eagle Equipment uses common carriers, FedEx Ground, UPS, and independent freight haulers for shipping. We negotiate the most competitive freight rates possible and pass these savings along to our customers. We make every effort to minimize freight charges to our customers and provide for timely delivery.

Most items in stock will ship within two business days. Eagle Equipment will not be liable for any damages related to unavailability of inventory or delays in shipping.

Eagle Equipment ships all products FOB our warehouses. Title for goods passes to customer when product leaves our dock.

Items advertised with "Free Freight" applies only to shipments within the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada and Mexico).

Additional charges will apply if accessories are requested, such as liftgate, residential delivery, school delivery, restricted areas, or appointment delivery.

Delivery and Unloading

Customer is responsible for unloading shipment from truck. Eagle Equipment will assume no responsibility for any additional charges or damages that may be incurred as a result of unloading from the delivering carrier's truck.

Freight carriers have restrictions on delivering to residential addresses and may require pick-up at freight terminal. Lifts will require a fork-lift to unload. It is advantageous in those cases to ship to a freight terminal where the terminal personnel will unload the product and load it onto the customer's trailer or truck. Lifts cannot be unloaded using a lift gate vehicle. We cannot advise customers of exact time of delivery as we do not ship on our own trucks. We will give our customers an estimated time of delivery and provide them with tracking information.

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

For your protection, any external damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery in order to qualify for a claim against the freight carrier. Concealed damages must be reported to the freight company within three days of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to file for damage claims against the freight company. Shortages/missing parts must be reported to Eagle Equipment customer service within seven days of delivery.

Customer Pickup Order Requirements

Customers may pickup orders from our warehouse located in Euless, TX. Please call in advance to ensure your order is ready for pickup.

Customers must bring an appropriate trailer with straps for securing when picking up equipment. STE equipment cannot be loaded onto a car, truck, or SUV. The equipment must fit securely and be on a trailer or proper weight limitations. We can advise you of the proper pickup trailer and vehicle prior to you arriving. STE reserves the right to refuse to load equipment onto inappropriate trailers. STE is not liable for any damage incurred to the customer's vehicle or equipment once the equipment has been secured to the customer's trailer.
